Macho Tacos is a cozy and appealing Mexican restaurant located near Zhongxiao Dunhua and Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall MRT stations. The place is nicely decorated with a luchadores theme. Whenever I have a craving for Mexican food, I go to Macho Tacos at this location!
Macho Tacos has two locations in Taipei, one near Zhongxiao Dunhua and the other near Shida. The normal operating hours are from around 12pm-9pm. During the week they takes breaks in the afternoons from around 3pm-5pm. On the weekend, they are open the entire 12pm-9pm.

Don’t forget about Taco Tuesdays! Every Tuesday when you purchase a drink, you can enjoy unlimited Tacos for 39 NTD a piece. The most I’ve ever eaten was 9 tacos at a time! Yummy!
The food at Macho Tacos is a little pricier than your average Chinese restaurant, but I think it’s worth it for the taste. My favorite items to order are the chicken nachos, macho beef burrito, and the chicken quesadillas. I would definitely recommend these things!
